职位描述：
职位简介:负责文化中心的安保工作,包括但不限于风险管理、预防遗失、消防/人身安全、保安/安全培训、事件调查、预算编制、应急准备、预防灾害和人事管理。
Job Description: responsible for the security, including but not limited to risk management, lost prevention, fire and human safety, security and safety training, investigation, budgeting, disaster prevention and personnel management.

岗位职责 Responsibilities
1) 编制本部门年度工作计划，负责本部门范围内目标的展开和贯彻实施；
Prepare the departmental annual work plan and implement it within responsibility range;
2) 负责制定安保管理过程的质量控制规范、管理制度，并监督过程实施和考核；
Establish the quality control specification and management regulation, supervise and evaluate the implementation result;
3) 参与保安分包方评价以及职责范围内的供方的评价，负责对保安等分包方和有关供方进行控制和管理；
Take part in the evaluation of the subcontractors for security and the evaluation of suppliers within the responsibility range, responsible for the control and management of the subcontractors for security and the suppliers;
4) 负责场馆运营服务过程中安全方面纠正措施、预防措施的实施、管理与跟踪验证工作；
Take charge of the execution, management and follow-up verification of the corrective/preventive measures in safety side;
5) 负责对场馆运营服务中的安全保卫工作现场进行管理，确保适宜的活动环境；
Responsible for the site management, provide the appropriate activity environment in safety side;
6) 建立并完善安保部门的规章、制度及程序，并监督执行；
Establish and perfect the rules, regulations and procedures of the Security Department, supervise and practically implement it;
7) 完成日常及活动期间场馆安全及消防工作，确保游客、观众及员工的人身和财产安全；
Complete the work concerned with security and fire control at ordinary time and during activity period, guarantee the property safety and the safety of all visitors, audiences and employees;
8) 对部门员工进行管理、制定并实施培训计划，实施绩效考核；
Manage the department employees, establish and execute the training plan, carry out the performance examination;
9) 对外包保安公司进行指挥、协调、评估；
Command, coordinate and evaluate the external security company;
10) 对外包团队员工进行辅助管理、制定并实施培训计划，并提供绩效考核建议；
Assist to manage the outsourcing company employees, establish and execute the training plan, and giving the employees’ performance appraisal suggestion;
11) 建立与地方，区域以及市消防，公安部门的业务联系；
Contact the local, regional and municipal authorities in charge of fire control and public security;
12) 制定和维护有效的员工与访客身份证明识别程序；
Establish and maintain the effective employee and visitor identification procedure;
13) 为场馆内的工作人员开发和实施安全培训课程；
Develop and execute the security training courses for all working personnel;
14) 制定和管理部门年度预算并确保在预算内有效地控制营运成本；
Formulate and manage annual budget and ensuring the effective control of operating cost in within the scope of the budget;
15) 管理本部门日常工作,负责本部门员工工作考核、激励、培训及部门资金的预算和控制等；
Manage the daily work of within department; responsible for the assessment of the department's employees, motivation, training and the control of departmental budget;
16) 负责场馆运营服务应急过程的确认，负责场馆运营过程中各类消防、安全标识标志管理及控制；
Confirm of the emergency process for venue operation service, responsible for the management and control of various fire and safety signage;
17) 负责场馆外部的安全导向标识的更新和维护；
In charge of the update and maintenance of outward safety direction signage;
18) 负责围栏、摄像机等场馆消防、安全设施的管理，确保正常工作；
In charge of the management of all fire and safety facilities, such as fencing, cameras, ensuring normal operating;
19) 有效对停车场进行管理，并完成收益指标；
Manage the Parking Lot validly, and achieve the revenue target.
20) 完成其他分配的任务。
