职位描述：
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ：
1. Attend the TS16949 quality system set up, review and maintain the documents as necessary
2. Completion of all FMEA activities on new parts.
3. Development and implementation of the facility SPC activities and review SPC reports provided to customer.
4. Perform internal TS16949 and ISO14001 audits and perform self audits as authorized by the customer.
5. Perform the capability studies on new jobs and other situations as needed.
6. Supplier quality assurance and audit suppliers as needed.
7. Describe the duties as they exist now, not as they will at some point in the future.
8. Completes any gage R&R studies as may required for new job and/or internal needs.
9. Provide customer liaison on technical and quality problems and field failure reports as required. Visit customer plants to resolve complaints.
10. May coach and supervise technicians or inspectors.
11. Fill-in during the absence if QA manager.

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE ：
1. Four years degree in engineering or quality or business preferred.
2. 3 years of experience as a quality engineer preferred.
3. 2 year of auto industry experience and knowledge of - 8D, FMEA, APQP, and PPAP is required.
4. Certification of internal audit for TS16949 is preferred.
5. Ability to reading and writing English is required.
6. Must be able to deal with strong customer interaction.
