One of the largest US-based manufacturing companies well known for its unconventional design of home appliances. Shanghai office looking to appoint a seasoned showroom manager to bring their category performance to its next level nationwide.
The Role:
You will re-design the showroom landscape in China with a team of 30 across design and visual merchandising, and lead opening/ renovation projects. To make full use of showrooms for sales and marketing purpose, you will make sure they are in best conditions and drive continuous success through daily operations. You will also work closely with marketing counterparts on both local and global level to strategize showroom programs and manage related events.
Requirements:
With 10+ years’ of experience in event marketing and showroom/ gallery management preferably for premium/ retail brands in China, you’re prepared with solid management skills and leadership to drive excellence. You are creative in contributing new ideas for marketing programs but also pragmatic in light of operations of the showrooms financially and technically. Track record of managing vendor panel and designing procedure guidebook preferred. Fluency in both English and Mandarin desired.
Salary: RMB 800k – 1 million per annum
Location: Shanghai, PRC
