具体的职责和任务：specific responsibilities and main duties:
1、 根据配方测量并混合原料至面团中；measuring and mixing ingredients into dough according to a recipe；
2、 根据指定的配方按要求准备面团、卷及切成规定的形状；prepare, roll and cut or shape the dough according to the specifications of the recipe;
3、 烘烤成型的面团。如果适用，装饰成品； baking the shaped dough and, if applicable, decorating the final product;
4、 需经常检查并确保每一订单的生产数量正确；constantly check that the correct quantities are being produced for each order;
5、 使用精确的测量方法并严格注意烘焙时间；using exact measurements and paying strict attention to timing;
6、 能使用各种厨房用具，包括搅拌机、平底锅、擀面杖及切削工具等；use a variety of kitchen tools, including electric mixers, pans, rolling pins, and cutting tools，etc.;
7、 在工作中执行的每一步都需按照公司的营运政策和制度；follow store policy and procedures for operational flow at each station;
8、 执行上级分派的其他任务和职责。perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior.

岗位要求：requirements：
1、 良好的口语英语能力。good oral english speaking capabilities.
2、 五官端正,气质良好。 have good image and temperament.
3、 良好的工作态度及团队合作意识。have good working attitude and sense of teamwork.
4、 有相关工作经验者优先录用。 preferable with related working experience.
5、 友善的，诚实的以及有责任心的。friendly, honest and responsible.

Proposing you hand-craft baked products exclusively (from bread to Danish, including desserts and cakes), all our recipes are inherited from a long bakery tradition with major care for authenticity, quality and elegance.

Shopping center - in last December 2015, marked the first step of its now-fast expansion. Last July, the brand opened two more locations: one nearby the popular Xintiandi neighborhood, and the latest in the historical heart of the Bund. And many other stores are coming.
