岗位职责
1. 以beas SAP Business One ERP系统为平台，针对不同客户的特点及需求，扩展开发解决方案
Based on beas SAP Business One ERP system, extend development solutions in view of the different characteristics and needs of clients
2. 理解熟悉beas SAP Business One系统的基本操作
Understanding and familiar with beas SAP Business One system
3. 精通beas SAP Business One系统安装、配置、调整等操作
Proficient in installation, configuration and adjustment of beas SAP Business One system
4. 按照项目的进度和客户的需求完成任务
To achieve the task according to the progress and the requirements of clients
5. 能够有效地与客户沟通，解决客户问题和进行方案设计
Be able to effective communicate with customers, solve the issues and design project
6. 保障业务的正常操作，能够识别和解决SAP系统运行过程中的各种系统问题，组织相关人员诊断、解决问题，反馈并跟进
Ensure the normal operation, identify and solve the system issues during the operation of SAP system and then organize relevant people to diagnose and solve problems，providing feedback later.
7. 能够胜任系统安装、配置、版本升级和归档等工作
Capable of system installation, configuration, version update and archiving, etc
8. 保障客户的软件定期维护工作
Capable to handle enquires and provide basic maintenance supports to clients
9. 负责整理编写ERP开发的技术方案及相关文档。
Responsible for writing technical solutions and related documents of ERP development
10. 持续总结项目实施经验、形成项目知识文档，并进行内部知识共享
Continue to sum up the experiences of project implementation, file to project document formation, and share among the group.

12. 增强个人ERP领域的业务水平
Enhance personal skills in ERP industry
技能要求
1. 全日制大学本科学历及以上的经济工程、管理信息系统、计算机工程、计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业，硕士学历优先
Full-time university bachelor's degree and above, major in economic engineering, management information systems, computer engineering, computer science, software engineering or related major, master degree is prior
2. 良好的编程能力及开发能力
Be capable of programming and developing
3. 熟悉Power Builder, .Net FrameWork, MS Sql Server开发
Be familiar with Power Builder, .Net FrameWork and MS Sql Server development
4. 具备快速解决异常问题的能力以及接口、功能增强及报表等开发能力
Capable to solve the abnormal problem and be able to handle interface, enhancements and report development
5. 具有2年以上相关技术经验或2年以上ERP行业技术开发经验
More than 2 years relevant Technical development experience, or more than 2 year experience in ERP industry
6. 具有规范的开发流程经验
Have normative develop experience
7. 有较强的学习意愿和学习能力，善于研究新技术并应用于实际项目
A strong willingness to learn, good at research new technology and can apply to actual projects
8. 有实施推广应用企业管理应用软件、ERP系统或SAP系统经验者优先
With experience of implementation of enterprise management application software, ERP system or SAP system is prior
