The APAC Seller Trust Management Intern will be responsible for supporting policy managers in analytics, reporting, research and documentation-related tasks with the focus on keeping eBay as a trusted Marketplace while minimizing losses. Key responsibilities include:
? Perform data investigation with the guidance of policy managers to identify risk indicators of eBay sellers
? Generate tracking reports on eBay seller performance metrics
? Conduct in-depth research on 3rd party data service providers
? Document policies and processes to ensure easy reference for policy managers and cross-functional stakeholders
? Assist on building training materials for customer service agents
? Handle escalations from AM/CS
? Other ad-hoc tasks involving Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Job requirement
The desired qualities of the candidate should include:
? Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics / Business / Statistics / Computer Science or related fields
? Proactive, responsive, willing to learn and attentive to details
? Proficiency in SQL/Excel/Pivot table.
? Knowledge in corporate financial analysis is a plus
? Statistical modelling knowledge using SAS is a plus
? Can fluently speak, read and write both English & Chinese (Mandarin)
