The main mission of Senior Development Engineer is to provide high software development service to internal customers.

Senior Development Engineer's main tasks include:

Collect, clarify and document the requirement from customers.

Plan, follow and co-ordinat the projects, study and find the technical solutions in advance of each development phase.

Software design, coding, testing and documentation during the whole project lifecycle

Manage and ensure the high quality delivery, deploy the delivery and give customers the competence transfer and training.

Isolate and fix bugs of current sytems quickly.

主要工作任务：

收集、整理并且文档化客户需求。

计划，跟踪并协调项目进度，在每个开发阶段之前研究并提供技术解决方案。

在整个项目周期内，参与软件设计，代码编写，测试以及文档编写工作。

负责高质量的软件发布，参与软件部署并给客户提供移交和培训。

快速定位并修改系统缺陷。

1. Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent

2. At least 3+ years software development experience.

3. At least 2+ years in asp.net/C#/HTML/CSS/Javascript and SQL server development is essential.

4. Good communication skill is a must.

5. Good responsibility, initiative and team oriented.

6. Good capability and strong desire to learn new technology.

7. Good english capability in listing, reading, writing and speaking.

8. Java, C, Linux/Unix, oracle experence is a plus.

9. Project management experence is a plus.

3. 至少两年 asp.net/C#/HTML/CSS/Javascript以及SQL server开发经验。

4. 良好的沟通技巧。

6. 较强的学习能力以及学习意愿。

7. 良好的英语听说读写能力。

8. 了解或者有Java, C, Linux/Unix, oracle经验的优先考虑。

9. 有项目管理经验的优先考虑。
