职位描述：
岗位职责

1、负责整个现场保安和保洁团队的统一协调及管理

2、充当公司代表与客户方进行沟通及协调

3、统一协调现场日常工作安排及计划

4、每日工作报表及每周周报和月度报告的提交

5、根据客户及埃顿的发展需要协助客户建立服务管理目标

6、建立并实施5S管理，深化可视化管理，以确保现场整洁有序

7、培训现场服务人员，提高他们的服务表现


任职要求

1、有系统化保洁管理经验3年以上

2、保洁方面知识专业实战经验强

3、丰富的团队管理经验，优秀的团队管理能力

4、***，30岁—45岁

工作时间：

上六休一，每天工作8小时，转正后购买社保，可提供住宿。
