职位描述：
1. Policy & Team Management执行财务制度、管理财务团队
1) Manage, develop staffs of finance department under policies 根据财务制度管理、发展财务团队
2) Manage internal/external reports accurately and timely base on policies from Group, Business Group and Division, in compliance with relevant principle, regulation and law for accounting and tax根据集团、业务、中国区要求，管理内外部报表准确、及时，符合相关财务、税务的准则、规章
3) Ensure management team has proper right or tool to access necessary finance data for following-up their activities in accordance with the Group methods确保管理层有合适的权限和工具来查看必要的财务数据，从而按集团方法跟踪他们的行动
2. Budget set-up & Forecast Follow up制定预算，跟踪预测
1) Set-up and execute plant budget 制定预算并执行
2) Forecast follow up跟踪预测
3) Manage COC 管理COC
4) Analyze/control the related elements for OI bridge between actual, forecast and budget 分析实际、预测和预算的有关因素
3. Cost & Profit Control and Improvement 成本、利润控制、改善
Control material purchase prices with procurement and PC&L departments 与采购和物流部门控制原材料采购价格
    Control profitability of the planned and carried out investments控制有计划的投资
    Advise and propose solutions while decisions involving products or plant. Evaluate actions to be taken and participate in following the budget and ensure proper report 对产品或工厂提出建议、提议。评估行动计划并参与跟踪、报告预算
    Identify opportunities on cost reduction, support application in plant. 反映成本消减机会，支持在工厂应用
4. Investment control & project support 投资、项目控制、支持
1) Control the plant's operating cash flow, especially investment cash flow and accounts receivables, payables and inventories 控制工厂现金流，特别是投资的现金流，应收帐款，应付帐款和库存
2) Follow-up IRR of key investments 跟踪关键投资的内部投资回报率
3) Participate in the development of action plans and ensure their financial evaluation and follow-up 参与开发行动计划，以确保跟踪财务评估
4) Involve program control, review and update program BP in line with plant actual situation 参与项目控制、回顾以及更新项目BP以符合工厂实际状况
5) Propose and support suggestions for the plant decisions 提议、支持工厂决定
5. Other and Specific Missions 其他
1) Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations 确保完全遵守HSE规章
2) Ensure transparent and timely communication with plant manager 确保对工厂经理透明，及时沟通
3) Others temporary jobs given by plant Manager 其他工厂经理安排的临时工作
Skills & Knowhow
1. FCP fundamental
2. Industrial controlling experience and strong accounting knowledge
3. Relevant reporting skill as required by Faurecia finance principle
4. Results orientation with strong written and oral communications skills
5. Ability to develop budget, initiate BP
6. Program control capability
7. Ability to anticipate risk and opportunity in view of finance
8. Business minded, treasury management experience and skill
9. Team management experience and a strong sense of teamwork
