A Quality manager for EYELEVEL is the person who leads and coordinate all operations related with quality activity. You need you are effective management, control of processes and procedures, motivation, informing and control of the activities of employees. To do this they must communicate with other company departments to ensure the smooth running operation and communication with suppliers, participation in regular meetings with partners. They need participate in development projects (expansion activities for existing and new customers, changes to the processes within the company, etc.).

Responsibilities:
1. Establish quality system in Eyelevel APAC.
2. Lead quality control in whole supply process to ensure good quality delivery to customer, including suppliers quality monitor/improvement, incoming quality inspection, on demand quality check before delivery, customer quality complaint follow up.
3. Work with business team to define quality control point in whole process and monitor the process.
4. Work with business team to define quality standard for each product and drive supplier quality improvement.
5. Define quality check standard and implement quality inspection in warehouse.
6. Continued improve quality process to ensure good quality delivery to clients.
7. Responsible for maintain customer complaint and follow up internal correct actions
8. Optimize quality control process to improve productivities.
9. Appraisal the performance and quality of work of employees.
10. Plans goals (including financial) and the activities of the department for long and short period
11. Ensuring compliance the required KPIs.

Requirements:
1. 5+ years’ experience in quality management/control area
2. Working experience in store fixture/furniture will be preferred
3. Familiar with quality system, quality tools, and rich experience on supplier quality improvement
4. Creates favorable conditions for the performance of work tasks for improving the professional level of employees and ensuring health and safety at work.
5. Efficiently organizes the work of employees, according of company business needs.
6. To make best use of resources and staff makes changes in working practices.
7. Appraise employees and propose rewards.
8. Request information for appraisal and error checking.
9. Propose the selected employees for training.
10. Implement corrective action to prevent damage.
11. Specifies the event of the absence of its representative.
12. Propose changes to processes.

Software:
o Advanced level of MS Word, Excel is a must
o Knowledge of ERP system is advantageous

o English – fluent level
o Chinese language – native level
