职位描述
Job Purpose :
1.Strategic lead of the purchasing services function in the region being fully accountable for purchasing spend int he categories marketing, travel, fleet, HR and facility management;
2.Developing regional long-term ourcing strategies for the above categories in alignment with the global services team lead and business stakeholders thereby bringing the regional services sourcing organization to the next level of maturity. I.e. enabling double digit business growth by focussing on key areas such as driving value enhancement strategies & structural change (E.G. new business models, implementing automized sourcing platforms, TCO models, etc), identifying strategic sourcing alliances with suitable external partners in the region, developing best-in-class regional supplier base delivering cash value performance by fostering key supplier relationships, leading major regional services project through strong guidance of the local purchasing organization and full utilization of the shared service centers.
3.Delivering purchasing KPIs and contributing to overall Company's targes;
4.Full integration into the global purchasing services categories by CT representative for the categories in the APAC region and driving best-practice roll-out and exchange.
Key Dimensions
responsible for approx. 170 Mio Euro spend in the service categories as well as 50 Mio of Corp. Expense spend in Asia -Pacific with ca. 4000 active suppliers in close collaboration with the global category team lead and country organizations for company.
Skills and Work Experience
1.Minimum experience required is 8-10 years within a leading producrement consultantcy, in business development/eprocurement function of a service provider or in the services sourcing function multinational company;
2.Entrepreneurial thinking and eperience in driving change, strong communication and leadership skills, focused mindset, analytical skills, negotiation skills, background in the relevant service industry beneficial;
3.Involves Local and regional Travel
4.Fluent in written and spoken English.
