Job Description
Job objectives:
? To lead service team to provide the best service to our customers.
? To achieve spare parts and service selling targets.
? To support company business.
Main responsibilities:
Service team management.
? To support service supervisor to manage service teams in different branches.
? Performance goals and appraisal for service supervisors and engineers.
? As per "knowledge management program", to monitor and improve engineer skill set.
? Engineer training planning and coordinate.
? Engineer spare parts borrowing and claim management.
? Service efficiency target review and achieving, like RT, re-visit rate, call/day/engineer, warranty parts usage.
? Engineer customer satisfaction management, including KA on-site survey, service complain handling.
Service selling targets achieving:
? To achieve spares and service selling targets.
? To clear AR of spare parts and service.
Requirement:
? Technical background. University degree or above. Age 30 to 40.
? 5+ years' service team management experience like target setting, periodical tracking and review.
? 5+ years' experience in service selling.
? Good communication ability and skills with both internal and external customers.
? Good English reading and speaking.
? Well use MS office.
? Responsible, careful, self-motivated, loyal.
