Job Purpose:
- Manage & develop brand & portfolio in China hair care market for successful & profitable brand under coach of superior
Content Of Accountabilities:
- Deliver product targets of Y2012 with on-time planning/launch and thorough launch control on follow-up execution & evaluation;
- Innovation demonstraion through project handling (concept initiative, executioin improvement, and etc.);
- In-depth understanding and analysis of Hair Care business/market in China;
- Budget spending control and evaluation by brand
Requirements:
- 5 years above working experience, FMCG industry preferred;.
- Above Bachelor Degree, Major in marketing preferred;
- Fluent in English;
- Good negotiation & communication skill;
