Product performance evaluation at test hair studio. The tested prducts are covering hair color, hair care, hair styling and perm.
Key Dimensions (NES, Sales Area, Marketing Budget, Production Volume, Processing Cost, headcounts,etc)
Principal Accountabilities
Content of Accountabilities
Spent time %
well understanding and knowledge of the properties of hair products what will be tested.
communicate with R&D or Marketing colleagues to set up testing concept.
follow the standard testing meassures and apply the tests with the testing volunteers.
make appropriate judgement and evaluation of the performances of tetsed products.
eliver the test results to the related persons and parties and support them to get
manage and evelop volunteer pool
