工作职责：
负责公司知识产权保护体系的建立、管理和维护，协助处理公司知识产权纠纷；
建立健全公司法务工作的各项规章制度；
起草、审阅公司及下属分公司的各项法律文件及合同；
协助参与公司法律纠纷的调解、仲裁、诉讼准备以及对外律师委托；
代表公司处理各类诉讼。
要求：
法律专业本科或以上学历；
擅长法律文书写作，2-3年以上相关工作经验；
法律思维严谨、逻辑性强，能适应高强度的工作压力，善于沟通和协作。
地点： 上海/中国
