岗位职责：
1.帮助项目顾问做前期资料收集；
2.在顾问的指导下, 制定人才搜索和寻访的计划,明确访寻方向和访寻目标公司；
3.协助顾问与候选人进行深入的沟通，完成对潜在候选人的甄选和评估,并向客户提供候选人清单；
4.通过整个行业访寻，维护并拓展候选人资料库；

任职要求：
1.正规高等院校本科或以上学历；
2.优秀的沟通技巧；
3.2年以上的工作经验。
