职位描述
Job Purpose:
- Responsible for the implementation of company's marketing strategy and product plan.
Major Accountabilities
- Continuously monitoring market development and updating competitor information so as to improve SNAH's competitive position;
- Constantly search for opportunities to broaden the company's portfolio in line with company's
- Strategy;
- Launch new products and tracking the progress
- Executes marketing policy, sales promotion and pricing strategies;
- Supervise the creation and placement of advertising in various media;
- Responsible for the development of all promotional materials at points of sales, exhibitions,
- Promotional campaigns etc;
- Coordinate closely with Regulatory Affairs Manager, Professional Service team and Sales department to analyze market trends, confirm promotion details etc;
Key Performance Indicators:
- Sales vs. Budget;
- Expense Budget per product as agreed in the marketing plan
- Consistency and adherence to product information;
- Sales weight of new launched products,
- Knowledge level of the NAH's and competitors' product(s);
- Customer satisfaction and Brand/product(s) awareness with target customers;
- Quality of product sales forecasting (e.g. degree of accuracy of forecast market share/market share growth);
Background:
- Education:
- A degree in veterinarian/medical and /or pharmaceutical area; Desirable: MBA;
Experience:
- 2-3 years Sales Representative working experiences in AH Market
- 2 years product development experiences in AH field;
- 2 years marketing experience in AH Market;
Languages:
- English and Chinese are compulsory (Fluent);
Professional Competencies:
- Knowledge and experience in board Animal Health industry;
- Up to date knowledge in global and local competitors and products;
- Excellent in marketing sense, customer insights and strategic thinking;
- Good analysis skill and sufficient finance knowledge;
- Has good interpersonal and communicative skills;
Core Competencies:
- Set licensing and contracting processes to ensure timely and efficient registration;
- Works effectively with local competitors and contract research organization;
- Provides leadership on New Product Development issues, must be able to convince others on an informal professional and personal basis;
- Focuses on needs of internal and external customers;
- Results focus: Strives to deliver licensing and contracting targets;
- Able to respond to changing priorities and deadlines;
- Must be able to communicate processes clearly to the translate / interpret NPD issues for the Management .
