职位描述：
Responsibilities岗位职责：
1、According to the company's development strategy, development of human resources strategic plan and responsible for the implementation of the strategy。
根据公司的发展战略，制定人力资源战略计划并负责战略的执行。
2、Overall and optimize allocation of human resources，according to the company's development strategy, doing the company's organizational structure, to organize the recruitment of middle management staff, search high-quality candidates for the company。
全面统筹和优化公司人力资源的配置，根据公司的发展战略，制定公司组织架构，组织公司中高级人才的招聘、为公司猎聘到符合公司发展需要的高素质人才。
3、Establish and improve human resources management system (including recruitment, training、C&B、KPI and staff career development), establish and improve human resource management system and manpower cost budget control.
建立并完善人力资源管理体系（包含招聘、培训、薪酬、绩效、福利及员工发展等体系的全面建设），制定和完善人力资源管理制度及力成本预算控制。
4、Supervise and check company operation department headcount , coordinate cross department human resources support.
监管和审核各运营部门人员编制的执行，协调跨部门的人力资源支持工作。
5、Responsible for organizing the company's annual activities and corporate culture construction.
负责组织公司的年度活动和企业文化建设工作。
6、Organization and guidance of the company staff labor contract management, guidance venues staffs promotion, internal transfer audit and record.
组织指导公司员工劳动合同管理、指导和监管店面员工的岗位晋升、内部调动的审核与备案。
7、Guidance and supervision of staff social insurance, staff benefits, human resources budget execution.
指导监管公司员工社保、员工福利、人力资源预算的执行。
8、Establish a smooth internal communication channels, timely deal with the labor dispute of the staff.
建立畅通的内部沟通渠道，对公司员工的劳动争议进行妥善处理。
9、Responsible for the daily management of HR department, to complete other tasks assigned by the direct leader.
负责人力资源部门的日常管理，完成上级领导交办的其他任务。
Qualifications任职资格：
1、Bachelor degree or above, major in human resource management or related major。
人力资源管理或相关专业本科以上学历。
2、More than 8 years working experience in HR management, with the western restaurant industry background is first。
八年以上人力资源管理工作经验，具备西餐厅行业从业背景者优先。
3、Familiar with the six modules of human resources management，
, familiar with the Chinese labor law and relevant regulations and policies。
熟悉人力资源招聘、薪酬、绩效考核、培训等规定和流程，熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策。
4、Be good at communication, Be good at motivating team cohesion, team leadership and the ability to solve complex problems, a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism。
擅长沟通，办事稳重、细致，善于激发团队凝聚力，具有团队领导能力以及解决复杂问题的能力，强烈的责任感与敬业精神 。
Strong planning and implementation ability, good interpersonal skills, organization and coordination ability。
5、较强的计划性和实施执行能力，良好的人际交往能力，组织协调能力 。
6、A good appearance, Good English both in written and oral。
