职位描述：
Duty & Responsibilities:

？ Be responsible to develop and execute the right by-account selling strategy.
？ To build and maintain relationship with target factories and buying offices of key customers by periodical meet and visit.
？ Be familiar with product function and techniques, providing product proposal and quotation package to key customers in new project.
？ Analyze customers’ demand, market pricing trend and competitors’ new products to enhance self-competitiveness.
？ To secure existing customer base of exclusive market and explore for new customers from open market.
？ Fast command of knowledge about new products or business of group. Be sensitive to develop potential customers of new business.
？ To lead a sales team by exercising sales activities to achieve team sales objective.
？ To manage, coach and motive the sales team member to ensure the team performance.

Requirements:

？ Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
？ At least 5-8 years relevant experience in Sales of print and packaging, fashion accessory, display products etc.
？ Have sufficient good relationship existing and potential customer base.
？ Excellent English writing and communication with English native speaker
？ Able to coordinate and work with other parties to achieve goals and put team performance over individuals.
？ Good in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and other computer software.
？ Comfortable personality, appropriate attitude and abundant self-confidence 举报 分享
