职位描述：
？ In charge of telephone transfer, receiving and recording message, must be professional and polite, maintain good appearance of company, and ensure attendance on working time
？ Reception visitors and inform to related department
？ Hotel, restaurant, air tickets, train tickets booking and pick up arrangement for customers /vendors.
？ Company car arrangement
？ Receiving/ Storing/ Providing/ Control the office stationary.
？ Update employees contacting information
？ Printing/copying/bookbinding documents etc. paper work as assigned
？ Assist to organize employees activities
？ Responsible for plant administration issues management, such as working meal, plant cleaning/ 5S management, greens management etc.
？ Support HR Specialist to arrange hourly people interviews, new hirer orientation.
？ Go to Labor Bureau to deal with labor relations transfer
？ Attend job fairs
？ IT coordinator
？ EHS coordinator
