职位描述：
Job Title: AME COE前期制造工程师(专家团队)
Department: Operation-AME 制造工程部
Reporting to: COE Manager 前期制造工程经理

Roles & Responsibilities:
? Focus on sunroof system manufacturing KEY process knowledge (Bounding, Torque, Robot, PLC, Trace etc.) latest application, continuous improve/innovate/test/apply manufacturing technology, improve production line manufacturing quality and lower production line cost
? Support machine suppliers in order to ensure the start-up of new machines/assembly line according to Inalfa standards
? Be responsible for new project execute & launch process key review, including production line technical specification compilation, equipment design review, equipment buyoff review & approval.
? Support compile initial version PFD, PFMEA etc. process document
? Compile technical training/guidance for AME team, plus training AME team also.
? Be responsible for corresponding application which come from technical specification
? Be expert to provide professional suggestion to supplier or cross function team member
? Work out standard BOP (Bill of Process) for production line, and keep update.
? Set up Ergonomics Specifications and Lean/good practice of equipment specification
? Cooperate with product engineering department to establish new product assembly process, develop process procedure & product test requirement, such as EOL etc.
? Support project budget control, ensure project cost in target
? Assist project team to get accurate project launch cost estimation, Takt time and estimation about standard hour, production capability, layout requirement
? Follow up project progress periodically, assist AME team for complex problem solving, support AME team for technical problem solving
? Support factory to solve production line and process technical issue, collect production line continuous improving advice
? Be responsible to establish & improve manufacturing engineering procedure and standardize Corresponding tool application, audit factory process standard execution result periodically
? Be responsible for new supplier technic review and yearly technic review

Major Job Qualifications Experience/Education (Required/Preferred):
? Bachelor degree or above on mechanical or electrical engineering or relevant engineering background
? Over 6 years engineering working experience in engineering field, sunroof system experience preferred
? Skillfully read mechanical prints, including a good understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
? Be familiar with the industrial hydraulic and pneumatic system
? Demonstrated experience on using statistical tools for problem solving, process and quality management (such as DOE, FMEA, Gage R&R, SPC, Shainin, 6 Sigma etc.).
? Common knowledge of Siemens / Allen – Bradley brand devices application (PLC/HMI), AC/ DC motor control, Labview programming
? Be aware of the application for industry engineering and Lean theory in product manufacture system
? Understand and apply TS16949 and manufacturing standards/tools in daily working, including PFD/PFMEA,W/I, EOP.
? Proficient to use Microsoft software (Word/Excel) , AutoCAD, Solidworks, UG
? Good communication skills (English and Chinese) with different levels in the organization.

? 关注天窗制造工程中的核心工艺过程（涂胶、扭矩控制、机器人技术、PLC、追溯系统等）在行业中的最新应用，不断进行制造技术的改进、创新、测试和应用，提升产线制造质量和降低产线成本
? 支持设备供应商，确保新设备/生产线按照英纳法设备标准和工艺标准制造
? 负责新项目实施及投产过程中的关键点评审，包括产线技术规范编写，设备设计评审，设备验收评审和批准等
? 支持编写初始版本PFD,PFMEA工艺文件
? 编写AME团队技术指导及培训教程，并提供培训。
? 负责技术规范中相应工艺技术的应用
? 作为专家向供应商或跨部门团队成员提供制造工程技术建议
? 负责编写和不断改进生产线的关键工艺标准工艺清单BOP
? 建立和完善机械和气动通用技术标准
? 建立设备人机工程技术规范,确保设备设计符合人机工程和精益生产的要求
? 和产品工程配合建立新产品装配过程，开发工艺流程和产品测试要求如EOL等
? 支持项目预算控制，确保项目成本在预算内
? 协助项目团队完成项目投入的准确估价，生产节拍和标准人工时、产能、占地需求的评估
? 定期跟踪项目进度，协助完成复杂问题解决，支持其他AME解决技术问题
? 支持各工厂解决产线和工艺技术问题，收集产线持续改进建议
? 负责建立和完善制造工程流程和相关工具应用标准化，定期审核各工厂工艺标准执行情况。
? 负责新入供应商的技术评审和年度技术评审

岗位要求:
? 本科或以上，机械或电气工程及相关工程背景
? 6年以上工程领域工作经验，汽车天窗系统领域经验优先考虑
? 熟悉机械图纸，几何尺寸与公差配合
? 熟悉工业液压和气动系统
? 熟练使用统计工具来解决问题，具有过程控制和质量管理的经验（例如DOE, FMEA,Gage R&R, SPC, Shainin, 6 Sigma等）
? 了解西门子/AB品牌的应用（PLC/HMI）, 电控扭矩枪，AC/DC马达控制，伺服系统，机械人控制，Labview编程
? 了解工业工程和精益理念在生产制造系统中的应用
? 理解和应用TS16949和日常工作中使用的制造标准/工具，包括：PFD/PFMEA,W/I，设备操作/维护手册.
? 熟练使用微软办公软件（Word/Excel）, AutoCAD, Solidworks, UG
? 能够和组织中不同级别的同事有良好的沟通（英语和中文） 举报 分享
