职位描述：
Job Responsibilities
1. Lead and guide the Team of elect assembler
2. Daily schedule of work in assembler Team
3. Follow and optimize processes
4. Test Run on Machine
5. Technical support to different Departments (Purchasing, After Sales etc.)
6. Control the BOM and drawings carefully from Swiss according to machine specification / PO
7. Input of the right Items and specifications of the BOM in ERP for following purchase process
8. Prepare the electrical Documentation for sending with the machine to customer
9. Weekly update of machine in process to Head of Engineering (Santex AG, Switzerland)

Job Requirements
1. Associate degree in Electric Engineering
2. 3 years working experience in electrical, of manufacturing machine background
3. Knowledge about Siemens PLC and motor control system
4. Visualization knowledge Win CC flexible
5. Provide leadership / communication skills
6. English CET-4 is a must
7. Looking for long term perspective
8. Self-motivated and able to motivate subordinated employees
