Job description:

Take active part in the investment banking, M&A business activities, mainly between Chinese companies and Israeli and Canadian companies, including:

· Analysis on target company financial statement and completion company valuation based on the statement

· Finding potential counterparty and introduce the interested party to the client

· Actively involving in the negotiation process, including but not limit to price negotiation, option negotiation, Due Diligence, Shareholder structure

Requirements:

· Experience in M&A / investment

· Ability to analyze financial statement

· Ability to lead process with client and strong client relationship capabilities

· Graduate from tier 1/2 universities in China

· Related working experience

· Chinese and English – verbal and writing – excellent

· Majored in Finance, Economics, Investment

· Segmental background is an advantage

· Innovative, independent, energetic, responsible and organized

· Team player
