职位描述：
*Brief Posting Description
Be fully responsible for Asia payroll service within responsible areas on timely and accurate basis, including individual income tax, etc. Will also support local and global projects when happen. As the junior level, the incumbent will get the support and direction from senior staff and supervisor.

*Detailed Posting Description
1. Responsible for day-to-day data management related to income and deductions from employee pay. This includes data inputs from Time and Labor system, Workday, Outlook, prepare Excel to be mass uploaded to payroll system and verify payroll data maintenance in systems against valid supporting documents
2. Complete monthly payroll cycle Independently
3. Prepare and execute monthly individual income tax deduction and declaration
4. Document payroll-related statements and reports
5. Prepare payroll related communication letters (e.g. Monthly Pay slip)
6. Provide support on individual specific questions regarding payroll
7. Provide data support and consultancy to HR business partner, Management on payroll issues
8. Support on internal and external audits
9. Support team leader to improve payroll processes
10. Other tasks assigned by supervisor

*Job Requirements
1. B.S. degree or above, major in HRM, accounting or its equivalent;
2. More than 1 years’ working experience in payroll with a demonstrated ability to increase knowledge and take on increased responsibility
3. Aptitude for learning new software systems; previous experience with Workday and ADP Global View (SAP) is a plus;
4. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times
5. Strong Microsoft Excel spreadsheet capabilities
6. Good English language ability in reading, writing, speaking and listening
