资质 Qualifications:
工程师1年以上现场helpdesk工作经验。Minimal 1-year on-site helpdesk experience.
基础英语日常工作及用户邮件阅读回复。Basic English in writing and reading.
良好的用户沟通能力及工作优先级安排。Service-oriented and user-focus mindset.

工作范围 Statement Of Work:
桌面系统及常用通用办公软件支持。Client troube-shooting and generic office software support.

计算机病毒防治及检测。Preliminary anti-virus work and virus data files update/patch.

协助管理PC类设备资产及统计。Assist to PC and peripherals assets management.
使用客户Helpdesk Ticket系统，或免费提供WIT Helpdesk Ticket系统。Log helpdesk ticket. WIT can provide free ticket system for users if no any in place.
简单机房管理工作如:换磁带、开关设备、查看设备信息，协调联系维修商等。Basic tasks in computing room (or DC) , i.e. tape swap/device power on/off.
系统重装，小型办公室WIFI设置等基础工作。System rebuild, WIFI settings for small office etc.
