Responsibilities:
1. Completion of suitable test programs for the designed devices, both wafer sort and final test (i.e. supporting Gua Hua).
2. Completion of the capability to measure the critical capacitances of these devices in both wafer and assembled device form.
3. Completion of device characterization.
4. Help with the datasheets.
5. Support of Sales and Marketing.
6. Generation of device models suitable fro using with simulation tools (spice), and for the datasheets.
7. Driving FA (The ESD failures really should be analyzed), as will any other failures that we will see over the next few months)
8. Supervision of s-parameter and other measurements needed for datasheets.
9. Eye diagram generation and analysis.
10. Electrical engineering support as we start the development of the next group of devices.

Requirements:
a Understand programming of electronic test equipment.
b have some understanding of solid state devices
c Have some understanding of the modeling of solid state devices
d Be aware of device datasheets
e Be capable of data manipulation and be able to present and extract meaningful conclusions from that data.
