Key responsibilities
Assist PR manager to liaise with international and local media.
Follow-up media requests via phone, email, Wechat, etc.
Assist with press packages and press releases.
Assist coordinating press events, installations and exhibitions.
        Maintain social media sites including but not limited to Weibo, Wechat, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
Manage media database and archive press clippings.
Research for Awards and prepare submissions.

Skills and experiences
Seeking a highly motivated and proactive graduate in Journalism, English or related field. We will offer training but previous experience will be a plus.
Must be proficient in both English and Chinese. Familiarity with terms used in design and architecture is a plus.
Must be able to meet deadlines and have the ability to adapt and manage time efficiently.
Must have enthusiasm for digital media and up-to-date knowledge of local and international key social media platforms.
Must have excellent organizational skills and be a team player.
Must have strong skills in Microsoft Office.
Strong writing and copy editing skills are preferred.
Knowledge in Photoshop or In-design is a plus. 举报 分享
