he Position
the Title: DFS QA manager
reporting line: Site Manager
 function : Site Quality manager and Global DFS QA manager (Business Group)

Complexity of the job工作的复杂性
Complex regulatory environment due to use of products in different application fields, ranging from pharmaceuticals to food and feed and cosmetics. Need to reconcile different and sometimes conflicting requirements for the same production line.

Building quality awareness in the organization, because we are the global supply chain, all spec to be followed.


The Challenge

a) Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility主要职责/责任

1.Maintain and improve the quality system: SC ,ISO 9001/FSSC22000, kosher, halal for PFX plant. Ensure awareness and understanding of these standards by PFX employees through training and communication. Organize quality management review and mock recall, HACCP plan update for PFX plant.
维护和提高食品配料工厂的质量体系：包括食品生产许可，ISO9001/FSSC22000，犹太教，清真食品等。通过培训和沟通使工厂的员工意识和理解法规的要求，组织质量管理评审和模拟召回，HACCP计划的更新。

2. Investigate production deviation and customer complaints. Issue corrective actions request to all deviation if necessary. Make sure they are documented, implemented and effective (Plan-Do-Check-Act feedback loop) in trackwise system.
调查生产偏差和投诉，发起和跟踪整改行动。确保文件输入Trackwise系统。

3. Maintain close contact and coordinate with all relevant internal parties to ensure quality issues are discussed and resolved: Production, Maintenance, QC, Marketing & Sales, Logistics, Purchasing, and that for all levels and organisational units.

4. Organize regular internal audits to verify the conformance of actual practices to the defined procedures, identify potential for further improvement and ensure the continued effectiveness and suitability of the Quality Management System.

5. Participate supplier audit and the customer/authority audit. Responsible to follow up all preventative and corrective actions.
参加供应商审核和客户以及相关政府审核。负责跟踪预防性和整改行动。

6. Obey and supervise subordinate to obey company SHE, OH and ER procedures strictly. Report and encourage subordinate to report incidents/accident/near misses timely. Create and maintain a safe and healthy working environment to ensure compliance with safety requirements within the Quality Assurance part.

Training to employee and organizing implementation operation controls. Regularly area check and actions follow up. Propose continuous improvement actions

7. Evaluate all PFX level changes which have a potential impact on regulatory status or customer satisfaction as Q expert in MOC committee are adequately managed in line with the “Management of Change” procedures. Coordinate INP/INR for PFX.

8. Train and develop subordinate to achieve department and company goals. Do appraisals for them in a timely manner.

The Ideal

? Educational level:
? Above Bachelor level in Sciences (majored in chemicals, food or pharmaceuticals)
? Minimum 5 years in a QA, QC or Regulatory Affairs position within a food/pharma manufacturer or
trader.
? Good communication skills.
? Knowledge of and experience in own discipline:
? QA Specialization in pharmaceutical and Food industry
? familiar with Halal，kosher guidelines and practice
? Skilled in micro knowledge
? Fluent English in Oral and Write
? 5 years experience in plant
? Knowledge of and experience in other relevant discipline: 其他经验
? Managerial and social knowledge and experience管理和社交经验
? Good communication and social skills良好沟通能力
