职位描述
岗位职责:
· Proactively process regular sales activities at dedicated area or specific accounts, include business contract and pricing negotiation, sales forecasting, tracking and reporting.
积极开展辖区市场或指定客户的销售工作,做好客户的商务合同洽谈,销售预测、预报;
· Track and collect payment from customers, achieve sales budget and payment target.及时跟踪办理回收客户货款,全面完成辖区或客户的销售、回款指标;
· Identify and develop new business, track key project progress to further extend sales pipeline and improve business margin.
做好新产品新市场开发工作,及时跟踪汇报相关项目的进展,拓展市场业务销售增量,提高市场销售利润;
· Generate business/account development plan and coordinate with internal stakeholders to execute and close the deal.
制定所辖区域或指定客户的业务计划,并且协调相关部门推进计划,最终达成业务;
· Support logistics and finance to manage consignment stock.
积极配合物流部,财务部门,做好辖区中转库的库存管理;
Support to develop aftermarket business and improve our brand awareness.
配合相关部门工作,共同开展市场售后服务,不断提升企业品牌形象;
· Investigate product market situation and track product performance, quality and pricing competitiveness information from market/customers.
开展市场调查,跟踪产品性能、质量、价格等相关信息的客户意见反馈;
· Understand company product portfolio and key specification and advantages, in order to further promote business
学习、掌握公司产品特性,做好公司产品的市场宣传推荐工作;
· Understand key OEM customers’ strategy and roadmap and identify competitors’ strategy and tactics and feedback recommendations.
了解主机客户发展规划,采集同行竞争产品信息,建议具体业务开展方法;
· Take over other assigned responsibility
完成领导安排的其他任务。
岗位要求:
· Education/ Knowledge教育及知识要求:
- Bachelor or above degree with engineering, mechanical, management or economy major.
工程、机械、管理及经济类相关专业本科以上学历;
- Ability on business negotiation and communication.
熟练商务谈判、客户沟通相关技巧;
- Problem analysis and solving and logical thinking
很强的分析问题,解决问题的能力,以及清晰的逻辑思维
- Familiar with TS16949 related process
熟悉TS16949相关流程
· Practical experience实际经验要求
- 5+ years’ automobile business experiences
5年以上汽车相关行业工作经验;
- 3+ years’ sales and channel management experiences
3年以上产品销售和渠道管理经验;
- Ability of internal collaboration
具有营销团队协同工作能力
· Skills requirements:
- Good English communication and presentation skills
良好的英语沟通及展示能力;
- Familiar with office software
熟练运用office办公软件
