职位描述：
Reporting to: Managing Director/Attorney-at-law

Responsibilities:

- Legal advice with a focus on the whole range of relevant HR topics, including employment &
labor law, social insurance, work safety, individual income tax, immigration
- Prepare advice and memoranda for individuals and companies
- Draft and review contracts and other HR documents
- Structure and conduct negotiations
- Prepare for and support during labor disputes
- Provide legal trainings for clients
- Assist partner in carrying out international HR projects assigned by clients
- Coordinate national and international law firms and agencies
- Work closely with clients and team members in order to provide quality services
- Other jobs assigned by MD

Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master in Law
- 1-3 years working experience
- Experience working with international clients
- Solid base in PRC corporate/commercial practices and regulations
- Focus on employment law would be a plus
- Work experience in international company
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- German language skills would be a plus
- Good problem solving and decision making skills
- Sufficient IT skills, particularly with respect to MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good client relationship management skills
- Team work
- Strong hands-on mentality, customer focus and willingness to learn
