1. Functions
? Acquisition of spare parts, repair of die sets, services (service contracts, training courses, etc.)
? Elaboration of schedules and organization of assembly and service operations and commissioning work
? Elaboration of spare parts quotations and order confirmations, ending with billing and supervision of payments received
? Ready-for-decision making preparation of all business of the company for submission to the superior
? Weekly and monthly reporting to Kochel (weekly reports, monthly reports, accounting reports)
? Assistance in day-to-day business, office organization, general administrative work
? Handling of the commercial correspondence
? Drawing up of reports and statistics
? Coordination and tracking of deadlines
2. Professional qualification
? Industrial business manager (m/f) with multiannual administrative experience
? Business administrator (m/f)
? Working experiences as a service Technician will be a plus
3. Additional knowledge
? Good oral and written command of Chinese and English or German
? Sound skills in PC software Office 8 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
? Knowledge of current business transactions, the product portfolio and basic knowledge on product application, incl. the necessary technical terms
4. Responsibilities / Competences
? Perpetuation of in-house services
? Ready-for-decision making preparation of all business of the company for submission to the superior
