职位描述：
This is a new position necessary to oversee and deliver the operational strategy needed to grow all of our Supplies product ranges in APAC, in line with our Global strategy.

The individual will manage the product range (labels raw materials and thermal transfer ribbon) to ensure that we are meeting our channel and end user needs whilst remaining coherent with our global quality standards and naming conventions.

The role maintains relationships with and provide oversight of our Label and Ribbon suppliers and manufacturers throughout APAC.

The person is required to be an independent decision maker who can be flexible in their approach to complex business and commercial situations. Works closely with the dedicated Supplies sales people based in Shanghai and Singapore whilst providing regular updates back to leadership in North America and EMEA.

Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with label manufacturers
- Request Custom Label quotes and determine appropriate pricing before passing to Sales.
-Develop and maintain tracking system for Custom Label quotes.
-Visit and maintain relationships with existing Suppliers to protect Zebra’s quality and brand reputation.
-Audit, inspect and approve potential new suppliers.
-Prepare management information on supplier purchases for Global team.
 
Manage relationships with ribbon manufacturers
-Manage product range in line with Global product management guidelines.
-Visit and maintain relationships with Suppliers to protect Zebra’s quality and brand reputation.
-Prepare management information on supplier purchases for Global team.
 
Product Expertise and Management
-Provide Supplies application and technical support for the APAC Sales team.
-Approve new materials with the support of the Global Supplies R&D team.
-First line of support for product quality complaints.
 
Inventory Management
-Develop strategy to begin stocking Ribbons, Labels & Wristbands in China and Singapore warehouses.
-Monitor inventory and maintain service levels whilst obtaining approved inventory metrics.

Access and Maintain Local Pricing Tools
-Establish use of Radius custom label quotation system.
 
Agile and Product Set-Up
-Coordinate part number set up in Agile.

Qualifications:
-Label industry background.
-Inventory management background.
-Skilled in contract negotiation/vendor management.
-Flexible and adaptable in approach with colleagues and customers, happy to travel infrequently.
-Able to build and sustain solid working relationships across the business to achieve common goals.
-Established analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
-Written and Spoken fluency in Mandarin and English.
-PC literate with good working knowledge of standard Microsoft applications e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, etc. 举报 分享
