Job Summary:
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific Mill Improvements projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals
1. lead the planning and implementation of project
2. manage project budget
3. manage project resources
4. Communication with customer and internal stakeholders globally
5. plan and schedule project timelines
6. provide direction and support to project team
7. quality follow up in the database
8. constantly monitor and report on progress of the project
9. present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
10. implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
11. project evaluations and assessment of results

Education and Background:
1. min. 10 year working experience
2. qualification in project management or equivalent in paper machine industry
3. knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
4. knowledge of project management techniques and tools
5. direct work experience in project management capacity
6. proven experience in people management
7. proven experience in risk management
