Job descriptions – South China FAE _ Automotive
The position is to fulfill the corporate expectations of sales growth by using value sales and demand creation from new growth area-markets, products and customers. This position can be based in Shenzhen, China and reports to Regional Sales Manager.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
? Be an excellent technical advisor for customer application
? Perform consultative selling and suggest relevant allegro solutions at site
? Allegro products training at Customers
? Trouble Shooting for Customer application
? Coordinate Customers’ technical and Quality issue with Corporate HQ
? Develop and maintain strong relationship with customers
? Manage and Create new opportunities
? Identify and develop new applications
? Develop business case with new applications or products
? Sponsor new product definitions with market/customer requirements
? Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competitors
? Work closely with regional sales manager to develop and implement the sales strategies
Skills and Requirements
? Working Experience at Electronics Industries min 6 years
? Electrical engineering experience with system design-analog & digital, hardware and software
? Having FAE or Electronic Engineer experience in automotive BLDC motor driver and/or power management (EV inverter power module, EV OBC, EV DC/DC, DC/AC, Automotive Lighting, BMS, etc) hardware support or design is must
? need deep and wide understanding on semiconductors and various electrical systems
? Ability to independently learn and teach new products and technologies
? Bilingual spoken and written communication skills – Chinese and English
? Strong listening skill or ability to receive the technical specification
? Excellent program management skill to manage multiple independent programs simultaneously
? BS or higher in electrical/electronic engineering, and preferred work experience at American or European Semiconductor suppliers or its sales reps 举报 分享
