Develop and monitor Asian MANITOU suppliers’ quality level.
监督曼尼通亚洲地区供应商的产品质量水平
You certify Asian new suppliers as part of internal procedures (for Quality section).
按公司内部流程，审核亚洲地区新的供应商（产品质量方面）。
You contribute, in close relation with the different Product Units of new components validation before Start Of Production
与公司各产品部门紧密协作，在新产品投产前，对产品质量进行确认。
You are the MANITOU Quality representative in Asia
您将为曼尼通公司在亚洲地区供应商的质量负责；
You participate to the PPAP validation under the different Product Units leadership.
应公司各产品部门要求，参与相应产品的PPAP确认工作。
You monitor the suppliers’ quality performances of a selected panel.
你根据审核标准及产品的各项指标，监督供应商的质量表现。
You organize global action plan progress meetings with Suppliers board team.
配合全球行动计划的进展，组织与供应商团队的会议
You establish and monitor suppliers’ quality performances indicators and monitor the action plans.
建立并监控供应商产品的质量性能指标、监督行动计划的进行。
You provide support to the Supplier Quality Technicians in the event of Quality problems affecting Product Units.
当产品发生质量问题时，需向供应商技术人员提供相关技术支持。
You report on regular basis the action plans progresses to the Quality Depts. of the Product Units.
定期向产品质量部汇报计划的进展情况。
You do pre-shipment inspection at supplier’s facilities, on a regular basis.
定期访问供应商的工厂，对待出口产品进行质量检验。

Experience: 工作经历

Minimum 3 years working in Supplier Quality Department of Automotive or Construction equipment manufacturer.
汽车或工程机械相关行业所在质量部门：工作经验至少三年以上
Cross cultural skills (experience in a western company is a plus)
有跨文化交流的经验，在欧美公司工作经验优先
PPAP, Quality Audit, Improvement actions, Quality KPI & Management.
有PPAP、质量审核、流程改善、质量KPI、质量管理等工作经验优先
Process Audit, QRQC, 5S
流程审核 ：QRQC,5S
Problem solving: 5W, 8D, PDCA
