1.Analysis the requirement, develop software application to control optical devices.
分析需求，编写设计应用软件控制光学设备。
2.Design human-computer interaction of Windows & Wince platform.
设计windows 和 wince的人机交互界面
3.Communicate and work closely with peer developers of global team
与全球的开发人员保持密切沟通与合作
4.Guide and support junior developers
指导支持初级开发人员

JOB REQUIREMENTS
职位要求
1.Minimum 2+ years’ experience in embedded QT or Windows GUI software development.
两年以上的嵌入式或windows平台QT应用软件开发经验.
2.Familiar with QT cross-platform framework, QT graphical libraries, and development tools, a mature QT product development experience at least
熟悉QT跨平台框架，QT图形库和相应的开发工具。至少参加过一个完整的QT项目。
3.Fundamental knowledge of and experience with data structure, object-oriented, multi-threading and memory management.
具备数据结构、面向对象、多线程和内存管理的基础和经验
4.Knowledge of Windows or wince development environments
掌握window/wince开发环境
5.Familiar with a common source code management tool, such as: SVN, GIT…
熟悉通用的代码管理工具，例如SVN, GIT等
6.BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
计算机技术或软件工程等相关专业本科或硕士学历
7.Must demonstrate analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
具体分析思考和解决问题的能力
8.Strong responsibility and flexibility under work pressure
在压力环境下保持责任心和灵活性


Preferred:
优先条件:
1.Familiar with wince platform is a plus
熟悉wince平台优先
2.Familiar with USB/Uart for windows platform.
了解windows 平台串口通讯
3.Experience in 2D/3D graphics programming is a plus.
有2D/3D图像编程经验者优先
