职位描述：
We are now looking for a Research Scientist for Sizing in Fiber & Wet-end team in R&D center.
Based in Shanghai, this position holder reports to the team leader directly.
 
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Contributes to the competence building up of Fiber and Wet end team, especially on Sizing area.
2. Understands performance of pulp & paper products, relevant laboratory methods and application
3. Close collabration with global and regional stakeholder, prompt response to technicial assistant request
4. Continously develops and improves knowledge of new materials, processes, products or methods. Proactively look for improvements in products and methods.
5. Responsible for maintaining responsible instruments, including trouble shooting and regular maintenance
6. Maintain and ensure lab in good condition and meet Kemira safety, health and environment requirements
WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
1. MSc or Ph.D majored in chemistry or Papermaking discipline.
2. 3+ years of experience in Paper-related R&D
3. Good understanding of papermaking applications and process
4. Competent to design test plan and operate lab bench-scale/pilot equipment
5. Strong interpersonal skill and excellent English communication skill.
