Main responsibilities:

• Assist the Area Sales Manager in office job activity (especially when the Area Sales Manager is in business trip) such as: e-mail and correspondence in general, business trip logistic organization, contact with agents and other partners etc.);
• Keep in order the sales office archive (correspondence, offers & contracts) and data for the job of his/her competence;
• Follow on behalf of the Area Sales Manager the contract execution reporting to them and to the Sales Office Coordinator in case of any problem;
• Input data in CRM software with maximum diligence;
• Cooperate and work in armony with all the colleges in sales dept;
• Cooperate with the marketing dept for organization of joint sales & marketing activities (marketing campaigns, exhibitions, machinery trials etc.).

Job requirement

• Bachelor, major in sales & marketing or international trade;
• Good English knowledge and computer skills;
• 1+ years as sales dept assistant;
• Ability to work in team;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong cross-cultural understanding;
• Self-motivated and directed.
