Title: Sr. PE

Description:
Provide leadership, planning and technical support for the introduction of new products and technology. Initiate efforts to improve product and process quality. Establish budgets and plans that ensure all customer and program commitments are met in a timely, quality and cost conscious manner. Work with leadership team to develop training plans to maximize workforce capability and performance. Interface with global counter-parts to achieve program goals and integrate global activities.

Key responsibilities include:
? Define detail manufacturing program (NPI, Lean deployment, VCP and transfer projects etc.) objectives, and the plans required to achieve objectives.
? Ensure quality compliance activities are resources and executed.
? Team with functional leaders to identify and apply the necessary resources across the plant to achieve objectives. When necessary, reach out to other organizations to obtain any additional financial or headcount resources needed.
? Set goals and objectives for the local team, and assist in the evaluation of the team against these metrics. Identify opportunities for improvement proactively.
? Provide leadership for the proper acquisition of sourced materials to meet program goals.
? Work with the facilities and maintenance team to implement change and ensure the required product capacity is in place before it is required by customer demand.
? Maintain full product regulatory compliance and other legal requirements.
? Budget and control expenses within operational plan (OP).
? Analyze quality levels through use of Six Sigma or related tools and develop and implement improvement programs.

Quality Specific Goals:
1. Aware of and comply with the Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action
as required
1. Knowledge and understanding of production process Work Instructions and operates within them to ensure that a device conforms to its specifications
2. Ensures the creation of accurate, complete and timely records and DHRs (adjust for band level)

REQUIREMENTS/TRAINING

? Bachelor degree with 5 years of operations experience
? Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
? Strong Interpersonal Skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of our business in an easy to understand manner
? Excellent written and oral communication skills
? Ability to identify and implement Best Practices
? Ability to deal with high levels of ambiguity
? Working knowledge of Six Sigma quality improvement techniques

DESIRED SKILLS

? MS/MBA a plus
? International experience
? Demonstrated personal and system level computer skills
? Greenbelt/BB
? Design for Six Sigma Training
? Regulatory/Compliance experience
