Operation manager
Primary Responsibilities/主要职责:

? Provide leadership in the attainment of goals with respect to safety, quality, cost, Delivery.
? Lead compliance, as well as EHS efforts in support of plant goals.
? Drive continuous improvement while meeting quality targets.
? Take lead in achieving goals in asset utilization, process / manufacturing loss improvement, delivered quality and cost reduction.
? Motivate the manufacturing group including production managers, engineers, supervisors, and operators, develop training plans to maximize workforce capability.
? Motivate, develop, coach and follow-ups on teaming programs like Lean/EHS/ 6sigma activities.
? Structure assigned organization and staff positions with personnel to accomplish business objectives
? Ensure communication of key business / customer issues to employees.


Qualifications Required必需的资格:

? Strong knowledge and exposure in high volume manufacturing processes with minimum of 5 years manufacturing Leadership working experience.
? Knowledge of the disciplines of manufacturing management such as production and inventory control, variable cost productivity, and fulfillment metrics, quality systems, cost systems, and fulfillment metrics, and procedures
? Strong in planning and organizing. Speedy execution and poses a strong desire for continuous improvement.
? Strong interpersonal, leadership, networking and communication skills.
? Experience in Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma experience will have an added advantage.
? Effective in both verbal & written communication in Mandarin & English.
? Bachelor Degree or above in Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering
