具体职责：
1) Set up the annual EHS objectives and plan
制定年度的安全目标和行动计划
2) Develop, implement, and manage safety SOP and procedures to fulfill above objectives
根据计划的要求制定、落实、管理作业安全流程
3) Conduct safety inspections and audits to ensure all corrective actions are completed in time.
安全检查和审计，确保所有的纠正预防措施都及时的得到了落实
4) Join in incident investigation, and recommend corrective action for personal injury, property loss, near-miss cases
参与事故调查，并对调查过程进行指导，制定纠正预防措施
5) Provide the trainings for employees per the request of CKT policy and procedures and national and local regulatory
根据国家法规和CKT相关的流程要求对员工进行必要的培训
6) Provide the effective supervision, management, motivation and training of all CKT associates in areas of personal safety, health, regulatory compliance, and environmental concerns.
对相关方的人员在厂内作业在安全、职业卫生、以及相关安全和环保法规要求进行必要的培训、监督管理
7) Conduct JSHA (Job safety & Health Analysis) for job site and develop the control measurement.
落实岗位风险识别和评估，并对识别出的风险源进行必要的控制
8) Work for emergency preparedness and response drill
相关应急准备与响应及定期演练
9) Coordinate with the local authorities and completed the reports per their request
政府部门的联系与协调，完成交办的事项；
10) Other jobs his/her supervisor assigned

岗位要求：

College graduated in safety, environment and other pertinent engineering field.
大专毕业，安全、环境以及其他相关专业
Good at English read and write
英语读、写熟练
At least three years related work experience at manufacturing, tire industry is prefer
相关工作经历三年以上，轮胎行业更优
Good communication skills and problem define, data collection, fact establishment and conclusion draw
较强的沟通能力，发现问题、收集数据、陈述事实以及提出解决方案的能力
