Job Description
(1) In Charge of the Integration from Solar Wafer to Solar Cell on world leading Sunpreme SmartSilicon heterojunction solar Tech with > 21% Eff
(2) In Charge of wafer sorting process with Hennekke, which include p/n type, Rs, dimension, Lifetime, saw marks, out_looking inspection, etc
(3) Bridge engineer between Solar cell technology development and material optimization and improvement
(4) In Charge of raw wafer inspection and analysis with a wide range of advanced metrology equipment and method, such as GDMS, ICP-MS, ICP-OES, FTIR, Raman & UV Spectrum, SEM, FIB, TEM, SIMS, etc
(5) In Charge of Ingot casting, squaring, chamfering, Slicing etc, both for Process and hardware related jobs, such as SOP define, SPC summary and analysis, EQP retrofit and upgrade, etc
(6) Engineer data collection, analysis, action plan design and execution for continue improvement on Yield as well as reduction on cost.
Requirements
(1) Good Education background in Physicals, chemistry, or material science with Bachelor degree, Master & Ph D highly preferred
(2) Good understanding of Solar industry and physics. Good understanding of Solar Technology, both from Wafer manufacture and cell manufacture.
(3) More than 3 Years, Highly appreciate more than 5 years working experience on leading Solar industry company
(4) Good communication and presentation skill, both for Chinese and English
(5) Good Willing to work under high pressure and Self_motivate & Pro_active to pursue Success, Open_minded, Hands_on, and Positive personality.
