职位描述：
Position: Customer Service supervisor – China and Overseas
Report to: Sales and Marketing Manager-Greater China
Located: T&S Shanghai Plant
Primary Responsibility:
Providing customer service to China and Oversea markets
Main Work:
1. Cooperate with our Sales team and CP team;
2. Manage all customer service staff;
3. Provide quotations, handle all order process, deal with warranty claims for customers;
4. Give support to different departments like Finance, Supply Chain, etc;
6. Take care of Spec credit;
7. Prepare weekly forecast report, monthly reports, Commission report & Sales report etc;
8. Assist in maintaining price matrices;
9. Other tasks assigned by company management.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Strong communication skills and coordination skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Meticulous in data processing.
- Operational and account team experience preferred.
-At least 3 years hands on experience on technical service function in multi-national manufacturing company, and related management experience
