职位描述：
General Responsibilities:
Responsible for plan and execution of projects together under supervision of team leader.

Detailed Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for vendor management and supervision, incl. but not limited in quotation, cost comparison and etc.
2. Project cost analysis and summary, assisting project manager on effective cost control
3. Assisting the team in supervising the execution of the project, communicate with relevant parties, both internal and external whenever necessary
4. Project/contract Review, filing, propose on project improvement after the execution
5. Conduct relevant industry survey, information consolidation & analysis, material analysis whenever needed
6. Responsible for relevant logistics and storage management, inventory control, maintenance and updates

Requirements & Qualifications:
1. Proficient with MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint ,etc. strong data analysis skills
2. Strong communication skills, fluent in English written and oral
3. Highly cooperative with ability to nurture internal relationships
4. Solved problems independently under pressure, analytical and flexible
5. Experience within exhibition industry will be more preferable 举报 分享
