职位描述：
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Designing and Engineering Tasks
- Designing and developing of electronic integration test platform, including system design, E-plan design, software design as well as cost and schedule management;
- Designing of test solution and generating of a fitting test procedures based on test specifications and E-drawings;
- Designing and lay outing customized circuit diagrams
- Developing, multiple designs for a single test case / solution and evaluation these designs to make sure to find the perfect fit for every solution.;
- Using research, analytical, conceptual and planning skills, and particularly mathematical modelling and computer-aided design to achieve design goals, which are based on provided test specification..;
- Monitoring and commissioning plant and systems.
Process Improvement Tasks
- Working closely together with mechanical engineers on co-development, improvement and execution of the preliminary design
- Documentation on details of the developed Solutions on the electronical side, such as electronic drawings including commentary, PCB/ PCBA manufacturing instructions and related documentation. ;
- Drafting and releasing of electronic specifications for Konrad branded products which are under development and/ or released. Updating and releasing of specification changes from former mentioned specfications
- Recommending modifications after receiving prototype test results;
Coordinating work
- Understanding and discussing of various Test specifications with internal team as well as with clients / potential customer. These Test Specifications are typically provided by clients and potential customers from a wide range of various industries Konrad is engaged in.
- Discussing and solving complex problems with manufacturing departments, sub-contractors, suppliers and customers;
- Working with other professionals, within and outside the engineering sector;
- Considering the impact of topics such as design cost, safety and time constraints;
- Supporting the sales team to draft / correct / update presales-design in order to meet customer’s requirement and win orders.
Process Management
- Managing R&D projects using engineering principles and techniques;
- Planning, discussing, designing and implemeting new production processes

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education Background
- BS degree in electronics engineering, engineering science, Microelectronics or other electronics related
Work Experiences
- At least 3 years work experience in electronics industry
- Experienced in Non-standard testing, Automation development, and Measurement devices (at least 2 years’ experience in that field)
- Technically competent in troubleshooting (at least 2 years’ experience in that field)
Knowledge Base
- A high level of technical and scientific knowledge and the ability to apply this knowledge to practical problems;
- Essential knowledge in LabVIEW or C#
- IT skills, particularly computer-aided design;
- Solid knowledge of Test Stand and current measurement hardware (at least 2 years’ experience in that field), Lab windows, and microcontroller programming is a plus
Soft Skills
- Good oral communication skills and confidence in dealing with a wide range of people, including clients, contractors, designers, directors and plant operators;
- Fluent English Communication skill both in Oral and writing
- Precise and concise written communication skills;
- The ability to work well within a team;
- Organizational skills, such as time and resource planning;
- Creative ability.
