1. 主要负责女装产品的设计、开发，根据品牌定位结合流行趋势和市场需求，把我产品风格，设计每季开发的品类和款式。

1. 主要负责女装产品的设计、开发，根据品牌定位结合流行趋势和市场需求，把我产品风格，设计每季开发的品类和款式。
2. 进行市场考察和调研，将产品设计和市场紧密结合。
3. 与生产部沟通跟进款式的打样工作，参与跟进制版、样衣的只做。
4. 能够把我服饰色彩，款式，面料工艺等流行趋势，熟悉面辅料特性和生产工艺流程，懂印花、绣花、钉珠工艺。
任职要求：
1. 服装设计等相关专业大专以上学历，具备3年及以上品牌服装设计经验。至少擅长针织、梭织等品类的开发设计工作。
2. 具备较强的设计，面料工艺，服装搭配及色彩运用等相关专业技能。
3.能熟练运用CORELDRAW/PHOTOSHOP/ILLUSTRATOR等绘图软件。
4. 敏锐的市场洞察力，准确把握市场动向和流行趋势。
5. 有良好的沟通协调能力。工作条理性号，责任心强，富有团队合作精神。
6. 英文熟练。
