职位描述：
上海闵行区民办德闳学校（DCIS）是一所面向中国学生的十二年制国际学校，位于闵行区马桥镇旗忠别墅区，学校将于2017年9月1日正式开学。
学校在实施上海市二期课改课程的基础上，通过国外教育专家的指导，为中国学生提供更多融合了国际先进教育理念和实践经验的国际课程。
学校环境优美，设施一流，校舍包括教学楼、餐厅、咖啡馆、剧院、体育中心及室外全草皮橄榄球场。体育中心内有50米泳道游泳池、大型室内体育馆、舞蹈房和健身房等。教学楼内则图书馆、物化生实验室、艺术工作室、制陶烧窑等一应俱全。餐厅内为师生提供健康均衡的中外美食。全校安装中央空调和新风系统，无线网络覆盖整个校区。学校还为有需要的师生提供住宿和校车服务。

Duties

Technical
·           Assists IT manager to Administer school   announcement/broadcasting system and systems and servers related to district   LAN and WAN for the purpose of ensuring availability of services to   authorized users.
·           Uses dedicated software to monitor the Internet   connection ensuring inbound and outbound data traffic,
·           Assists IT manager to design network infrastructure   (physical and virtual) for the purpose of ensuring effective and efficient   networking systems.
·           Manages servers and network resources including   network applications for the purpose of delivering services in compliance   with established guidelines and/or objectives.
·           Researches trends, products, equipment, tests, etc.   for the purpose of recommending procedures and/or purchases.
·           Responds to emergency situations as needed
·           Responds to inquiries from a variety of sources   (e.g. staff, administrators, school site personnel, outside vendors and   service providers, etc.) for the purpose of providing technical assistance   and support.
·           Implements and maintains network security measures.
·           Plans preventative maintenance schedules.
·           Monitors and reports on network performance and   usage.
·           Manages network growth and development.
Skills
Capabilities
·        Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, MCSE is preferred. VMWare virtualization/Cisco network/ITIL/PMP certificate will be a plus.
·        Strong customer services awareness and good attitude, willing to take the responsibility, ability to work independently.
·        Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
·        The ability to work with teachers, parents and students
·        Excellent skills on PC hardware and software troubleshooting. Knowledge and experience of MAC OS will be a plus.
·        Strong problem-solving skills

Experience
·        8-10 years' experience in network technology such as LAN, WAN, Wireless and Internet connectivity.
·        8-10 years’ experience in configuring Cisco switches and routers
·        8-10 years’ experience in a Windows 2003/2008/2012 network
·        8-10 years’ experience using Microsoft Active Directory
·        8-10 years’ telephony management experience
·        8-10 years’ experience managing Exchange email system
·        8-10 years’ firewall management experience
·        8-10 years’ experience in managing sophisticated VMWare server infrastructure
·        8-10 years’ experience managing IT hardware such as wireless APs, servers, switches, routers and core switches
