PRIMARY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
1、负责Sephora店铺产品知识培训及销售技巧的工作。
2、负责监督品牌在Sephora的陈列情况、Tester的使用情况以及缺断货情况，及时反映公司，及时跟门店沟通进行补货。
3、负责Sephora店铺的销售工作，跟进Animation档期及日常销售，统筹各门店情况制定不同的销售方案，合理利用公司提供的各项资源，将销售最大化。
4、负责与店铺建立良好的合作关系，定期与店铺进行沟通，以确保完成公司制定的任务。
5、负责跟进、追踪、筹备、布置与Sephora店铺合作相关Event情况，利用公司给到的资源制定销售计划，使Event顺利圆满的进行，以达成公司制定的任务。
6、积极配合及服从公司安排的各项促销活动，包括出差要求。

TECHNICAL SKILLS
1、具备化妆品行业的销售、运营工作经验至少三年以上。
2、具丝芙兰渠道经验者优先。
3、有客户服务管理、店铺人员培训经验。
4、工作积极上进、责任心强、抗压力强、严谨高效。
5、善于沟通、协调、有敏锐的洞察力。
6、有较强的执行能力和团队合作精神。 举报 分享
