Responsibilities:
工作职责：
- Review the open orders in ERP system and communicate with customer services.
- 查对ERP系统订单信息，及时与客服沟通。
- Create work orders in system.
- 在系统内创建订单信息。
- Manage the work plan for production.
- 负责协调生产线生产计划。
- Create Shipper for orders to be shipped.
- 负责订单的发货相关事宜。
- Work with warehouse for goods to be shipped, including information of weight and size.
- 与仓库确认待发货物的重量、体积等信息。
- Work with forwarding companies and customs brokers for import and export documentations.
- 与货运公司和报关员协作，负责处理进出口相关文件。
Qualifications:
任职要求：
- Associate/College degree
- 本科学历或优秀应届毕业生亦可。
- Major in Logistics or Trade
- 物流专业或国际经济与贸易专业。
- 1 year work experience or less
- 无工作经验要求，有1年以内工作经验者优先。
- Basic computer skills , good English in both read & write.
- 熟悉电脑操作，良好的英语读写能力。
