职位描述：
Main responsibilities:
1. Facilitate the entire Asia S&OP process
2. Support and supervise individual S&OP steps including the supervision of individual branches’ Demand and Supply review processes
3. Facilitate the Integrated Reconciliation and Management Business Review; Organize the IR meetings; Prepare and distribute the MBR data deck; Record and update MBR action items
4. Apply and facilitate user access to Demantra
5. Maintain data in ETL (Correct errors and create new parts)
Secondary responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with the branches on the monthly MBR meeting arrangements;
2. Ensure the Branches reviews, processes, and data deck format are standardized;
3. Serve as primary technical support to ETL users
4. Perform all training required for process (new employee, on-going, etc.)
5. Continuously identifies and develops areas for improvement on the entire S&OP process.

Requirements:
1. Total working years 8+ years in supply chain management;
2. Been a S&OP project leader; or S&OP process leader;
3. Automotive Experience is preferred but not a must;
4. Multi-National Corporations Experience 5+
5. Bachelor (Master is preferred) in engineering or mechanical background.
6. Demand and Supply Balancing experience
7. APICS CPIM certification a plus
8. Good command of Excel
9. Basic financial knowledge is a plus
10. Basic understanding of manufacturing operations
